Our client are looking for experienced Account Executives to sell into MidMarket customers within assigned territories. As a Corporate Account Executive you will be joining a high-energy, self-motivated team. The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience with a solid track record of selling into the UK market and exceeding targets.
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from nurturing prospects to identifying and qualifying opportunities, to negotiating and closing deals.
Responsibilities…
Manage the entire sales process to ensure achievement against key performance metrics, with strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding footprint in existing customers
Learn the suite of products and platform and be able to communicate the value proposition
Ability to speak in the language of the customer vertical
Work in partnership with Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, and Marketers for sales leads and sales opportunities
Conduct research and discovery to understand the prospect’s business
Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process
Continuously prospect and qualify
Identify and validate business needs and problems which can be addressed with the solution
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
Attend sales training programs to keep up with company strategy, messaging, sales processes, and sales techniques
Maintain a good CRM cadence and adherence
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers
Manage complex accounts and demonstrate resilience to demanding customers
What is required for the role…
Experienced, 3+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C-level executives
Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% to 20% of company) in past positions
Desire to bring new customers onto the platform and maximize revenue
Experience with building, developing and executing territory sales plans
Represents the company and team in all sales-oriented activities and prepare activity and forecast reports
Experience in establishing, motivating and managing a Virtual Account Team
A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and coachability
