I am excited to be exclusively partnered with a luxury Art Gallery and supplier in Central London are looking for a Data and Insights Manager with a strong analytical background to join their Digital Marketing & Data team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for creative employer and work with the head of digital to develop effective data strategies and implementing digital optimisation opportunities to support the increase in lead generation. You will have a good understanding of CRM WordPress, Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEO, PPC and Paid Social and Display
They will consider a candidate with a good understanding of data analytics who would like to move into more of a Digital Marketing Analyst role. Ideal experience will be 3-5 years.
Responsibilities
Use digital analytics to read data and set into action opportunities to drive growth and optimise performance.
Provide creative input, research and methods to improve user journey and conversion rates
Streamline the marketing and sales funnels to drive data collection/ lead acquisition/ conversion
Be the point of contact for HS and SF optimisations and improvements via regular fortnightly calls to streamline processes or take advantage of new features
Create and maintain fortnightly reports distributed to team leads to translate metrics into easily digestible and actionable data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
Use audience data and behavioural metrics to inform tailored content creation and interest targeting
Implement various triggered email campaigns and other marketing automations, including running of tests to continually optimise
Map out, monitor and improve user journeys across website landing pages, email campaigns, and organic and paid social media content
Monitor relationship with external agency to ensure that the planning and implementation of Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social and Display and SEO optimisation are complementary
Support the marketing team with any other digital requirements – web updates, emails, landing pages for activities such as events and webinar delivery
Requirements
Excellent analytical skills, with experience managing and handling data, data visualisation and reporting tools (Google Analytics essential)
Database management experience (Hubspot and Salesforce experience required)
Strong practical experience with CMS (WordPress required)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for all things digital
Product feed knowledge for paid media (Facebook Catalogues & Google Shopping)
Understanding of tagging, tracking and attribution to measure performance across the web
Strong understanding of key paid media platforms such as paid search, paid social & display
Proficient writer able to write SEO effective copy across content channels and skilled at wording effective ad copy
