We’re looking for an Intune Mobility Engineer who can:
Methodically engineer, test and document new enterprise Intune Windows 10 device solutions
Support and troubleshoot configuration issues
Understand and follow security controls
Work with supporting teams such as Active Directory and Conditional Access to come to agree a common approach
Keep track of market trends and propose new innovative solutions to business problems
Evaluate new software and write structured reports with business recommendations
Mentor and coach other members of the team on Intune configuration and policies
Manage risk and adhere to company policies
Your team:
You’ll be part of the global Mobility Engineering team, based in London. We set the mobile strategy for the whole bank and our vision is to enable our users to work from any location on any device. We have responsibility for designing, testing, documenting and maintaining the global enterprise IT mobility infrastructure (Intune/ MS Endpoint Manager) We also work closely with IT service operations teams, helping to implement new systems and providing fourth-line technical support when required.
Your Expertise:
held similar systems engineer role, ideally for 3-5 years within the finance sector
fluent English, both written and spoken
proven ability to design, document and implement a mobile device management platform – Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Proven ability troubleshooting technical issues, finding robust solutions and documenting steps to prevent similar problems arising again
Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Autopilot, Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
Knowledge and experience with PowerShell and ability to write PowerShell scripts
Knowledge and experience with Windows Defender ATP, Windows Update for Business and Windows Information Protection
A university degree, preferably in Computer Science
