Salt are recruiting for Java Engineers of all levels for a digital communications platform in London – they were spun out of a major American multinational investment bank 2 years ago and in that time they’ve raised $73M and grown to 176 employees – and they are just getting started!

As a Java Engineer, you will be joining a technology team currently 46 people strong, working across 3 separate product offerings that supply into 29 markets as their global footprint quickly expands.

Day to day, you will be designing, implementing, and owning server components, micro-services in Java/Kotlin in an AWS environment.

They are looking for Java Engineers with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience with Spring, Microservices and exposure to either AWS/Azure/GCP – happy to upskill you in Kotlin.

The salary for these Java Engineer roles will vary depending on your level of experience, with a general ballpark being between £70,000 to £10,000.

They also offer benefits like matched pension upto 6% + equity + bonus + healthcare/life insurance + 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and many others.

Their head offices are based in Central London – happy to offer flexible/remote working – would like to see you 2 days per month.
