Network Release Management Expert – Banking Client – Brussels

• Rate: 800 per day
• Duration 1 year contract

We are looking for an IT engineer to join the Domain Administration Squad of Network Engineering team.

• Its main mission is to provide the administrative support to the complete Squad.
• This includes the organisation, management and coordination of all Network Releases and RDR tests.
• The management of the Sharepoint, TFS environment for Network team.
• The creation and evolution of network related process documentation (Release management, Vulnerability Management, …)
• The introduction and follow-up of IT controls for the Network teams (documentation decision tree, …)
• The assistance in audit and control processes like SRA, IPS, CSP related activities
• With the help of the Scrum Master, embark the agile methodology as our working habits, follow our tasks via TFS and participate to Quarterly Planning exercise.
• Finally, provide help and support to the Lead IT Engineer and Product Owner when required

Primary Duties
* Support the Network Engineering Squad for all different administration activities;
* Manage the Sharepoint, TFS, …. Applications for the Squad;
* Organize and follow Network releases, RDR exercises, ….
* Define, document and implement IT controls thorough the Squad,
* Assist PO and team in the multiple Audit and control processes,
* Develop Network team internal documentation;
* …

Qualifications

Must have:
* You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines (preferred);
* You have at least 3 – 5 years minimum of experience in the field of technical environments related project management;
* You have good knowledge of the clients IT systems and its Production environment;

Good to have:
* Project management and related documentation knowledge;
* Agile methodology knowledge.
* Ability to vulgarise IT complex situation for Production report and business understanding.

* You are self-motivated and innovative by showing an interest in new approaches, showing a readiness to try different ways of taking on challenges on a broad range of technologies and solutions.
* You have a continuous improvement mindset as well as be a good fit in an agile working culture.
* You are an excellent communicator and can collaborate with different stakeholder (business, technical, production and management) at all levels
* You are curious, open to discussions, willing to take part to very technical implementations on a broad range of technologies and solutions

* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
* You can work autonomously and you are stress resistant
* You have problem-solving aptitude with strong analytical skills
This key role does imply working outside of business hours to participate to launches in production, SWAP, RDR, … that are generally carried out after 5PM or on Saturday and Sunday.
