This international software company is actively looking to recruit an Office 365 support specialist to help maintain and ensure the effectiveness of operations at their UK base.
This role is best suited for support engineers well versed with 0ffice 365 troubleshooting and diagnostics. The job description is as follows:
Essential Criteria:
Experience with Zoom, Teams and various 0365 tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced high growth environment.
Project management experience.
A background with issue-tracking software.
Proven experience in Azure Active Directory administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint API’s.
Ability to guarantee on-site attendance.
Experience with PowerShell scripting (Preferable).
5 years + experience.

Formulating a user experience through the delivery of digital technology collaboration solutions.
Actively contributing to platform capability through testing, implementation and acceptance of new technology.

Guarantee issues and/or incidents are solved swiftly.
Collaborate with procurement teams to assist with purchase requirements.
Provide support and expertise across the business focusing on Office 365 solutions.
Provide guidance, expertise and consultation services for projects on Office 365.
Possess good working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Integration.
Troubleshoot user reported issue on O365 work streams.
Assist in defining and measuring KPI’s to ensure service health.
Identify opportunities for process automation.
