My client is undertaking an enterprise-wide transformation to gain competitive advantage through technology (Cloud, devops, micro-services) and large-scale adoption of Agile principles and methodologies best practices across the company. The Project Manager would join an existing programme of work in the Consumer Information Services Business Unit to provide additional support to the Programme Director on delivery and governance activities for an in-flight cloud migration project. The nuance to this project is that it has a high level plan with a set of quarterly (program increment) milestones, which the engineering teams plan with as part of their agile delivery approach. This role will need to bridge the gap between the agile delivery methods and the PMO governance requirements, so an awareness of agile is essential.
