Digital Analyst – Social Media

Our client, a global marketing agency, is looking for a Social Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing visibility on the Social Media performance. This will be executed through accurate, insightful, and action-oriented reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven storytelling, strong communication skills and a background in quantitative analysis for digital marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Building dashboard for KPIs and generate regular reporting on the performance Social Analytics efforts.

* Proactively analyze data and deliver insights to leadership.

* Transform raw data into the format required for analysis and data modelling.

* Working with multiple teams to build and automate dashboards from multiple data sources in the social media and data visualization spaces

* Clearly articulating and crafting analysis in PPT presentations

Requirements – Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in digital reporting and analytics preferably in the social media space

* Experience with social media analytics tools and best practices (Twitter, Facebook, Sprinklr etc)

* Familiarity with social media strategies

* Well versed using SQL and any other data science languages such as Python/SQL etc.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Well versed in PowerPoint (or other presentation software)

* Ability to effectively communicate the meaning of insights to various stakeholders.

* Strong attention to detail and comfortable with large amounts of data.

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Background in mathematics or statistics.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
