They are looking for a talented Account Executive to join their team. You will focus on signing net new clients as well as manage a book of existing accounts. Their ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, other organizational software and be familiar with Microsoft Technologies / Dynamics 365. If you love closing deals, building long-lasting relationships, and providing exceptional customer service – this opportunity is perfect for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Be the main point of contact for any client concerns, queries, needs etc.
* Build and manage relationships with all clients for long-term partnerships.
* Stay on top of client records, keeping track of any account updates and renewals.
* Manage your book of accounts with professionalism and the best service.
* Collaborate with the broader team to discuss progress and business improvement.
* Create progress reports for clients and senior management within the company.
* Identify opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and renew.
Requirements:
* 5+ yrs of sales or account management experience.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Technologies.
* Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
* Experience with CRM software like Salesforce, Gainsight etc.
