Recruitment Consultant – Creative (Hong Kong)
Account Manager, Senior Art Director, Creative Director, Animator, Storyboard Artist, these are just a few of the previous positions our Recruitment Consultants had prior to joining Salt. Salt Hong Kong has an outstanding opportunity for our next industry expert who is looking to make recruitment their new career. With more than 20 specialist recruitment consultants in the creative space across the globe, you will enjoy creative insights through team collaboration, access to global PSA’s and key accounts. You will be working with Salt’s established clients and candidates where you will ‘create futures’ across the creative and digital verticals.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely to ensure we are delivering to existing clients
- Build a talent pool of candidates in the Creative/Digital landscape
- Identify and actively develop potential new clients
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
- End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up
What you have to offer:
- Experience within the Creative or Digital space
- Commercially aware, understanding how to execute strategies to deliver results
- Ability to be dynamic and adapt to new market challenges
- Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
- A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
- A high level of integrity- doing what is right by all stakeholders
- People first – you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike
