Account Manager – SA360 (12-month Contract)

Job Description:

Our Client is one of the most digitalised and technological groups globally. It is a multinational technology company specialising in internet-related services and products, online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software, etc. It is currently hiring a talent to join its APAC team supporting search campaign management and large customers sales in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate New Google Search Ads 360 scaled training

· Support for key accounts’ feature adoptions and implementations

· Collect feedback and assist the migration process

· Support large customer sales and be a trusted advisor

· Provide administrative support

Requirements:

· Experience in SEM/SEO, digital marketing, consulting or media

· Experience in technical customer support, QA, or work-flow support

· Knolwedge in SA360 is a plus

· Strong analytic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Ability to speak and write fluent English and Cantonese
