Agile Coach (Renewable Contract)

Our Client is one of the very famous sportswear manufacturing company in the globe. Its Tech Department is transforming to a consistent product-led organisation. As already a share of teams working in a product setup and apply agile ways of working, it is currently looking for great talent to join for its Supply Chain Management domain.

Responsibilities:

• Set coaching goals together with the customers (person/team/department) to define success of product-led/agile coaching within context
• Facilitate exploration of issues together with the customers to define options and experiments to improve current status
• Drive the implementation of large-scale transformation, and help teams and individuals to make the transition
• Coach teams and individuals via a structured approach, and deliver regular training in formal, informal or virtual settings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an Agile Coach role
• 2 years of experience in Agile Transformation on a large global business; scale over 50 in departmental level
• 2 years of product-led experience
• Experience in supply chain management is a plus
