Business Services Representative (12-month Contract)

Hong Kong Contract / 12 Months HK$26000 - HK$31000 per month

Description

With adoption of new reference rates, our Client will be developing new projects and undergoing a series of transition process, and currently looking for a candidate to take up an active role facilitating the transition.

Responsibilities

· To understand the new reference rate, its conventions and framework

· To liaise with operation teams, business units and stakeholders

· To compile business documentations

· To develop new practices, guidance & training materials

· To establish new business design, and to run tests

· To support all related project, and to analyse operation efficiency

Requirements

· 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry

· Experience and knowledge in project management and support

· Experience in client management and/or account servicing

· Good communication skills

· Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
