Our Client is a global investment management corporation. It is currently looking for passionate candidate to join its APAC Rewards Team in HR Department to support its new projects.
- To report directly to HR Director in rewards program and employee engagement in APAC
- To work closely with teams across employee benefits, compensation, related survey and data driven analysis
- To provide project supports for China build out, e.g. scheduling meeting, taking minutes, documentations, etc.
- To provide HR administration and coordination
- To perform any related duties
- 2-4 years of working experience in HR
- Good command in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Good in administrative and clerical supports
- Details-oriented and organised
