Operations Analyst (12-month)

Our Client is a Global Leading Financial Institution who is now looking for senior team members to join its Operation teams.

Responsibilities:

On Credit and Loan

– Manage the 2 sub-operation teams – New Accounts & Credit and Loan Operations (Corporate Clients)

– Supervise New Accounts team on KYC documentations, client onboarding, client documentation for onboarding and maintenance

– Supervise Credit and Loan Operations team on daily execution and booking process

– Work closely with client implementation team, credit office, sales, and other business units to complete the whole process

On Fixed Income and Rates Products

– Provide operational support to the business on fixed income products

– Support trading business and manage the life cycle of the whole processes in global market

– Manage to governance reporting per requirements & compliance in Hong Kong

– Work closely with risk, quants, & settlements team, also global partners, onshore & offshore offices, and other business units to complete the whole process

Requirements:

On Credit and Loan

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related disciplines

– A minimum of 4 years of working experience in banking or finance industry

– Hands-on experience in KYC, client onboarding, & credit and loan operations

– Able to communicate in Cantonese, English; Mandarin is a plus

On Fixed Income and Rates Products

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related disciplines

– A minimum of 2 years of working experience in banking or finance industry

– Hands-on experience in trade business support / trade control

– High proficiency in English
