Global Head of Design, Fintech

Our client is a sizable fintech with strong global presence across South East Asia, Australia, Europe and headquartered in Hong Kong. Embracing a very diversed and international, digital-first culture, it has secured a strong market leader position within its sector and is constantly expanding.

To support their top-notch digital products and digital business offerings, they are now actively seeking a high calibre to join the team as the functional head for all things design. This person will lead a global team of UX, UI and product designers and be the full owner of deriving their global digital product strategy and roadmaps.

The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in designing finance/B2C platforms and products, and with solid experience in managing a sizable design team across the region/globe. Strong and effective communicator is a must to take up this role with constant stakeholders management and business conversations.
