Sourcer (12-month Contract)

Job Description

Out Client, a leading global technology conglomerate, is currently seeking a Sourcer to join its APAC Recruiting Team supporting internal recruitment in Tech functions.

Responsibilities:

· Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines & execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events & sourcing campaigns

· Build & share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, & open source communities with hiring partners

· Source, engage & activate passive candidates, screen resumes & interview candidates to determine basic qualifications

· Partner with recruiters & coordinators to manage an efficient model of operation

Requirements:

· Strong sourcing experience, preferably with in-house technical recruiting team, search firm, or agency

· Experience with sourcing in technical roles, especially in software, hardware & testing.

· Experience partnering & building sourcing strategies with recruiters & hiring partners

· Experience influencing stakeholders through data analysis

· Fluent in English
