Responsible for day to day management of Global digital marketing activities – email journeys and content, social media content and engagement, affiliate, and organic search, etc
Collaborate with global and local Marketing Managers to deliver digital marketing plans, execute the regular and seasonal online promotions aligned to global marketing strategy and planning
Execute and monitor conversion activation campaigns on direct E-Commerce site to meet sales and marketing KPIs
Manage and monitor retargeting campaigns to re-engage existing customers and engage new audience groups acquired by Lead Generation Campaigns via multiple communication channels such as email marketing, display, social etc.
Provide social media marketing and content expertise and support to regional and local marketing and E-commerce teams aligned to global content strategy.
Plan and implement global digital (media) strategies, approaches and content into regional and local context, aligned with Global Marketing brand strategy
In-depth understanding of email marketing campaigns and customer journeys and touchpoints to deliver content strategy and copywriting for various email marketing campaigns and create regular digital marketing reports for local campaigns.
Assist in managing local digital vendors/agencies when required
Work closely with Global Digital Marketing Analytics team and Global Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) to optimize conversion activation campaigns across online platforms – SEM, display network, social (include but not limited to LINE, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) etc. and campaign tracking, strong GTM knowledge is preferred
Requirements:
4-6 years work experience in digital marketing in E-Commerce landscape
BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven (hands-on) track record for driving mid-funnel conversion campaigns and recovering and/or re-engaging high-intent leads acquired by lead generation campaigns
In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), Email Marketing, content distribution and placement networks.
Proven experience in using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, knowledge in performance marketing platforms are preferred
Data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics on conversion level for optimisation in performance marketing
Experience in effective consumer communication for community management in local markets
Must be a strong team player
Fluent in English and Chinese
