Brand Manager – China Market

Our client is a leading alcohol beverage company globally. They have close to 200 markets distributing their brands and they are also striving for better and innovative ideas to service their customers. They are now looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their expanding team in Shanghai.

The Job:

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the on-going understanding of consumer trends, development of brand strategy, marketing assets and execution of marketing activities / events, so that our brand is consistently represented, impactful and iconic.The candidate will collaborate, liaise and work closely with all relevant parties (Regional/Brand Companies/Market Companies & external agencies) to support the right execution of brand directions, successful implementation of all planned activities.They will also support the sharing of best practice (knowledge, processes and ideas) within the region, which includes but not limited to trainings.

The Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Experience in Brand Management & Marketing in international FMCG corporations
• Strong analytical skill and ability to turn consumer insights into meaningful actions in marke
• End-to-end marketing experience from concept development, consumer research, ATL production to go-to-market activation. New product development experience is a big plus
• Market experience in Greater China especially Mainland China is a plus
