Our client is a global materials science company specializing in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of labeling and functional materials. They are striving for a significant global transformation change, from strategy, planning and coaching on execution to communications and engagement strategy and governance. They are keen to hire a senior Change Management Lead to support the team globally. The role will be based in Hong Kong.
Define the Change strategy and plan for a global project
Identify desired behaviors and develop change interventions to achieve future state.
Support project deployment activities and conduct a post-deployment review to ensure that users and other stakeholders are supported in achieving the project’s objectives including change adoption.
Accountable for achievement of the organisational change management project objectives including identification of dependencies, risks and issues.
Working with the communications partners, creating program level communications plans by stakeholder groups. Leadership engagement approach and plan. Change program core materials and stakeholder management including defining engagement KPIs.
8+ years of change management experience
Experience working with international markets
Experience in the consulting and technology space would be ideal
A solid understanding of how change process operates across digital and tech, communications & engagement strategies
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal English
