The Job:

• Understanding of users’ behaviour and usage lifecycle to accurately evaluate and suggest appropriate business strategies for both acquisition and retention
• Provide a solid understanding of the company, brand, business, external competitions; set up different strategies to different business scenarios, markets and users
• Develop marketing tools via different platforms both online and offline to reach and engage users as well as implementing loyalty and CRM campaigns like coupon, credits or other benefits
• Evaluate and conduct data analysis on post campaign results and ability to provide action points for business implications

The Requirements:

• 2-3 years working in the fintech space, with crypto background a plus
• Experiences in managing global user base/ projects will be a plus
• Ability to use complex data to identify issues, generate hypothesis and formulate campaigns
• Fluent in spoken and written English
