Develop and manage the customer engagement initiatives and strategies through different digital platforms
Identify market opportunities through in-depth market data analysis and market intelligence
Help to drive CRM campaigns through omni-channel and digital channels to drive traffic in both online and offline platforms
Responsible for driving new customer acquisition and retention strategies
Hands on with consumer analytics and reporting through buying behaviour and customer segmentation
Lead the development of the CRM Strategies, enhance customer engagement to the platform, build a sustainable revenue stream and to ensure a steady growth on membership life value.
Work closely with cross team functions across Sales, Marketing and IT
The Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
6+ years of experience in CRM management, with FMCG, Beauty or Pharmaceutical background a plus
Data driven and strong analytical skill-sets from different raw data and platforms
Excellent communications and presentation skills, be able to articulate insightful recommendations to key stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude
