With the rapid growth and expansion plans with a goal to help improving customer experience and journey through different channels and platforms, they are now looking for an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join their global team, the role will be based in Hong Kong.

Exposure working with the global team
Monitor and evaluate and customer experience journey through different channels and platforms and provide business recommendations.
Analyze customer feedback and behaviour using different measurement tools.
Work with external research agency and in-house on customer data and satisfaction surveys in order to help strategize business directions and goals.
Work closely with the Project Management Operations team on cross selling sales through different platforms and identify key gaps and actionable plans to meet customer’s needs and expectations.
3+ years of experience in Customer Experience and Analytics
Consulting and project management experience are required, insurance background a plus
Experience in digital or business transformation would be an advantage
Data oriented and be able to turn raw data into insightful recommendations
Experience working with regional or global teams would be an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English
