Their digital marketing and innovation unit has been growing across the region and they are looking for an experienced digital marketing assistant manager for their Japan market.
Plan and execute online marketing strategies for the Japanese audience and for assigned stores.
Content creation and management across all digital touchpoints from backend to frontend.
Oversee on-going pre and post-campaign strategy effectiveness
Develop the social media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Line, Twitter, Trip Advisor, etc.) and content marketing strategies and calendars to build awareness, engagement and advocacy with consumers across all platforms: social, digital, e-commerce, etc.
Plan and execute strategies focusing on CRM and loyalty programme management in both acquisition and retention
Responsible for marketing budgeting and project management
+3 years of experience in digital marketing & social media, either at a consumer/luxury brand, travel, hospitality or agency background.
Strong user understanding and demonstrated expertise in web content, digital/social trends, usability, and technology to deliver the best user experience in the most technically efficient manner.
Has established an understanding of digital the marketing space.
Strong project management, analytical, presentation and oral communication skills.
Native/bilingual in writing and speaking Japanese and English
