Digital Marketing Director – Ecommerce

The Client:

Our client is a leading consumer electronics company globally and is renowned for its premium quality products for consumers to enhance their lifestyle and entertainment experiences. With a rapid growth in demand in their online businesses across the region, they are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to take on the Digital Marketing Director of E-commerce role based in Hong Kong.

The role:

• Report to the Head of Digital Marketing in Hong Kong
• Responsible for regional e-commmerce growth across multiple markets
• Develop and transform CRM marketing  campaigns with strong data analytical skills
• Strong collaborations with planning and product teams as well as monitoring of inventory management
• Work closely with local marketing leaders for strategy localisation
• Implement strategic marketing strategies for driving conversions across different digital platforms
• Work with external agencies for monitoring and implementing performance marketing strategies

The requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• 7-10 years of  digital marketing experience for e-commerce
• Strong CRM management skills with a background in hospitality and tourism a plus
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Hands on experience with different marketing tools
• Strong data analytics skills and be able to draw recommendations and insight for business strategy development
