Digital Marketing Specialist – Based in Japan

The role:

  • Report to the Marketing Manager in Japan
  • Responsible for running and executing the 360 digital-ecosystem through E-commerce, website, social, content and creative strategies.
  • Responsible for working with e-market places and social platforms in Japan
  • Work closely with in-house and external agencies for managing performance marketing and SEO/SEM
  • Work closely with local marketing leaders for strategy localisation
  • Involve in planning and managing CRM strategies locally to drive sales acquisition and retention

The requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with knowledge in eCommerce
  • Strong CRM management skills with a background in hospitality and tourism a plus
  • Native in Japanese and fluent in English
  • Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands on experience with different marketing tools
  • Strong data analytics skills
