The Role:

  • Plan, execute and manage cash on delivery process and work-flow to improve on quality and transaction experience
  • Maintain and explore relationships with payment vendors and partners
  • Develop and manage the e-wallet programme and conduct market research on customer behaviour and CRM promotions to drive awareness and usage
  • Work closely with other internal departments across sales, marketing, IT, finance and legal

The Person

  • Experience in the B2C sector
  • Experience in digital payment and familiar with SVF licensing
  • Innovative and is a self-starter
  • Managerial experience preferred as will manage a small team in the long run
  • Be able to build strong relationships with external vendors and partners
