The role:
- Oversee all marketing strategies and campaigns across the region and make sure all communications are aligned cross markets
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting of all marketing plans and programs
- Improve and enhance business performance by actioning key objectives from top management
- Build strong relationships with internal teams within the marketing and sales funnel
- Hands on planning and development on building brand awareness and positioning across the region
- Responsible for presenting market trends and findings to key stakeholders
- Hands on CRM and customer engagement management
- Coach, train and develop members in the team
The requirements:
- 14 years of experience in marketing, B2B background a must and technology background is highly preferred
- 8-10 years of managerial experience
- Regional exposure a must
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience across digital and integrated marketing
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Hands on experience using marketing tools
- Ability to think outside of the box and takes initiatives
- Great influencer and story teller
