The Role:
Collaborate with C-suite executive leaders to strategize and develop an aligned corporate mission statement at the group level
Develop and strategize external corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, industry magazines, annual report and more
Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant
Maintain and develop strong partnerships and relationships for media & community relations such as arranging interviews, managing media contacts, networking events, press releases and act as corporate spokesperson as needed
Provide consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs
Assist executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages
Develop and strategize internal communications such as assisting executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages
Partner with HR to implement all employee communications and drive employee value proposition
The Person:
Bachelor degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Solid experience in corporate communications and public relations, with agency background a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications
Capable in offering relevant and business oriented media relations advice to executive directors
Capable in working with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community
Ability to work closely and cohesively with internal teams especially HR and brand marketing functions to align key messages and communications both internally and externally
