Marketing Administrator & Support

The role:

• Provide marketing and administrative support to the team
• Manage partners and customers on any incoming enquiries via email and telephone
• Generate marketing reports on a regular basis for business insights and recommendations suggested from the line manager
• Responsible for the 360 on-boarding and off-boarding procedures with partners
• Provide any marketing and admin support where needed

The requirements:

• Degree holder
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
• 2+ years working in an MNC environment supporting a small team, marketing background a plus
• Excellent excel skills, pivot table knowledge is a must
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Confident and a self starter
