Platform Marketing Manager – Medical and Beauty

The Role:

• Report to the Managing Director
• Responsible for planning and leading the digital marketing strategies in order to drive business growth
• Be the leader in driving innovative ideas and identify untapped market opportunities
• Lead and execute marketing strategies in customer retention, acquisition and brand development through different digital touch-points across social media, paid advertising, website management, creative, performance marketing, and KOL management
• Stay close to the latest market trends to drive insightful market recommendation using customer data
• Work closely with other cross teams for driving the business as a whole

The Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree
• 6+ years in digital marketing, with FMCG, Beauty, Pharmaceutical background a plus
• Excellent presentor and communicator, be able to work closely with key stakeholders
• Strong analytics skills and attention to the latest market trends
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and be able to think outside the box
• Fluency in Chinese and English
