The Role:
Strategize brand direction and positioning at a global landscape
Construct and deliver key brand purposes and story-telling to each market segment by managing relevant marketing and branding content and maintain consistency according to the brand guidelines
Set media channel objectives across both offline and digital platforms such as social media, website, press releases, TVC, mobile applications and paid advertising for brand activation
Overview of business analysis including sales, market trends, competitors analysis, consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth
Monitor KPIs of marketing programs and evaluate effectiveness to pursue continuous brand development
Work closely with the Corporate Communications function in driving awareness on ESG /sustainability
Manage and track A&P activities to ensure they are meeting business priorities and objectives in order to maximize brand activation and growth
The Person:
Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing related disciplines
7 -10 years of experience in marketing or brand management with 4As agency experience is preferred.
A strong brand strategist who is creative and continually push brand thinking.
Passion for creative storytelling, consumer shopping behavior, emerging trends in social marketing and new media.
An entrepreneurial spirit and love to collaborate with others to build new things.
Good sense of business and data analytics to draw insightful brand and marketing recommendations.
Retail operations and FMCG background in regional and global exposure are necessary.
