The Job:
Together with the team you will be responsible for the set-up and implementations of the digital sales plan in Asia, the overall strategy and a focus plan per market as well as manage the China joint venture
Be responsible for the start-up & strategy setting for our webshops, together with the webshop specialist
Ensuring a perfect customer journey, all the way from inspirational content to after sales service and return
Working closely together with the digital marketing team to drive traffic from all different channels
Together with the webshop specialist responsible for CRO, A/B testing, content optimalisation, Average Sales Price development, reducing bounce rates etc.
Launching new products, themes and promotions in a timely fashion
The Person:
5+ years of relevant experience as an e-commerce manager; preferably in consumer goods
Solid experience with SalesForce and/or Shopify
Experience in managing Amazon accounts or similar marketplaces/shopping engines
Digital marketing tools have no secrets for you (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, …)
Knowledge of CMS systems and PIM system

Fluent in English
