Senior Marketing Manager – FMCG

The Client:

The Role:

You will be reporting to the Innovation Director, with a focus on development of future innovation platform and pipeline, support to craft the future innovation strategy to ensure sustainable growth, closely together with regional category marketing team, and internal cross function team.

You will also be working together with different agencies to understand the consumer intension and build long lasting innovation platforms that can be used to launch new products in the future. On top of that, you will act as the product owner and work together with cross functional teams (insight, R&D, sales, supply chain, finance) to develop new product right from concept to launch it in market(s), and quickly test through non-traditional approach

The Person:

* 6+ years of experience in marketing or brand management

* FMCG, F&B background in regional and global exposure is preferred

* 0-1 Innovation, end to end innovation development & implement experience is a must

* Target and business goals oriented and be able to set clear roadmap and timeline

* Strong leadership skills to direct the team as well as making business appropriate recommendations to key stakeholders
