Account Manager – Global Payment Solutions

Our client is The World’s Leading Payments Platform. To cope with our business expansion in Hong Kong, they are now seeking for <Account Manager> to join their fast-growing company with fun work environment.

Job Description:

• Build and drive strong relationships with key merchant contacts and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all accounts and build loyal and strong relationships
• Become a payment expert for all merchant clients, deliver expertise, education, leadership and guidance on their global payment strategy
• Develop deep knowledge of the payment products and offer clearly communicate the value proposition to the merchant clients
• Collaborate with the teams and resources on internal and customer facing projects

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience, payment and tech industry will be an advantage
• Strong client management expertise with excellent business acumen
• Passionate, confident with a proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written in English and Cantonese
