Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Premium Cakery)

Our client is the Premium Cakery Headquartered in the United States. To cope with their tremendous expansion, they are now looking for < Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager > to join their fast-growing company.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage sales strategies and in-store promotions to achieve revenue target
• Develop and execute all aspects of Marketing in line with business objectives
• Lead the execution of digital marketing strategies, e.g., social media platforms, EDM and websites etc., for effective sales and marketing performance
• Monitor the stores’ commercial performances through conducting various sales analysis and productivity reports
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry
• A good team player, creative, well-organized and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
