Client Solutions Manager (8-month Contract)

Our client is a leading tech giant globally and the role with them is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts their channel partners at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to manage their partners to drive business growth for the business, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to their partners.

Job Responsibilities:

– In partnership with Reseller Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving business goals for the channel partners (resellers and agencies)

– Serve as external product consultant educating clients and channel partners on product solutions and driving product adoption

– Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of the solutions

– Manage the channel partners (e.g. resellers, media agencies, marketing partners, etc.) and drive their business growth together with the Reseller Partner Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams

– Work with channel partners to understand their business objectives and develop the business strategy in partnership, which will constitute building on insights, compliance guidelines, measurement recommendations and etc

Job Requirements:

– 5+ year’s experience working directly with marketing, media, consulting, and/or companies with channel partner relationships, with demonstrated leadership experience

– Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

– Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

– High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment

– Excellent critical thinking, analytic and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner

– Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Fluent in Mandarin and English

– Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
