Sales Director/ Head of Sales – MarTech (MNC)

Our client is a Global A.I. Data Technology Company, they are now seeking for < Sales Director/ Head of Sales> to join their company in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

• Manage and provide guidance, support and leadership to sales department
• Build and enhance our regional sales presence in designated regions
• Ensure that sales department targets are met on a quarterly and monthly basis
• Maintain a good reputation and relationship with advertisers, agencies and partners
• Develop proposals and holistic solutions to customers
• Maintain customer loyalty and develop continuous revenue streams
• Work closely with the head of business development in forecasting revenues and prospecting clients and operations team in ensuring timely delivery of pre and post sales activities

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in advertising sales with at least 5 years in digital sales management
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, result driven and passionate
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
