Sales Manager – Clinics & Beauty Salon Channel

Our Client is The Market Leader in Beauty Industry, they are now seeking for < Sales Manager > to join their reputable company.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies in order to build and grow company’s business
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports to achieve company objectives and sales targets
• Maintain close relationships with our business partners and key account dealers
• Cooperate with Marketing team in formulating promotional strategies in driving revenue
• Provide leadership and advices for the team and to ensure team members fully utilize their selling skills
• Continuous improvement on team efficiency and staff development

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Business or Marketing related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ sales experience in Skincare/ Medical/ FMCG industry, with 5 years management experience
• Excellent people management skill and strong staff engagement skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• A good leader, highly independent and motivated
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Cantonese
