What you’ll need to succeed

• Prior experience in a support team management role in the fashion technology industry
• Excel in VStitcher, apparel 3D technology, 3D design software and production pipeline
• Guide and Manage the team for Training Sessions and resolve technical support issues by identifying solutions
• Passionate about deliver Outstanding Customer Support
