Local Property Management Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join its fast expansion team:
Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries and collect user requirements from different units, and follow-up the analysis within team
Analyze and translate conceptual user requirements into system requirements as well as getting the business requirements alignment between business units and IT
Develop BI dashboard/reporting for business users
Assist in RPA workflow design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
Deliver training and coaching to transfer continuous improvement knowledge to people within the organization
Responsible for business requirement document, system interfaces, reporting and participation in all phases of system development life cycle
Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
Collaborate with multiple business team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
Liaise with vendors for project implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
Over 3 years IT relevant work experience in a role of developer and/or business analyst
Knowledge of using SQL, Python, MS OFFICE 365, RPA, BI tools, e.g. Alteryx, UI path, Power BI, SQL, is an advantage
Acquisitive, capable, and willing to adopt new technologies
Sound experience in vendor management and software development life cycle. Experience in agile development progress would be preferred
Understanding of workflow-based logic
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written English.
Work independently, self-motivated, proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
