Customer Success Engineer

Imagine waking up in the morning, going out for a coffee, using your card or phone for paying and it gets rejected. You open your bank app and see that your credit card was maxed with purchases you did not do. Not a cool way of starting your day, is it?

Our client is a market leader in managing financial risk through supporting banks, retail shops, and payment processors to prevent situations like the above from happening.

At present we are looking for both Technical Analysts and Customer Success Engineers to configure products & pre-packaged solutions, through configuration and extension, to support client specific functionalities and integration.

Technical Analyst (TA)

Comfortable in system configuration using property files, documenting API’s, troubleshooting errors, and improving ansible scripts & simple SQL scripts. This role does require client interaction to support the integration/troubleshooting piece.

Critical Thinking focused Graduates with hands-on SQL experience, ability to learn and investigate problems/solutions.

Customer Success Engineer

In addition to TA responsibilities

Strong Computer Science Background with at least 4+ years of professional or non-professional experience in Java software development

A good knowledge on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Knowledge of Java, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Ansible, Docker is a plus

Excellent client communication/management skills
