Digital Project Manager

Local integrated communication group with a strong business presence and vast luxury brands client network in Hong Kong & China is seeking a seasoned digital professional to manage its online campaigns for its clients:

Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Digital projects, from preparation through go-live, managing project feasibility study, project research, project schedule, implementation, and change management

* Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify user requirements, assist the proposal process, project estimates, solutions collaboration, and contribute to pitches for digital events/campaigns

* Interface with various technology vendors/teams and business stakeholders (Creatives, Business Development & Sales, etc.) to plan & execute, track & analyze digital marketing initiatives across touchpoints including app, web, direct & paid marketing, etc.

* Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and overall management of the digital project delivery including cost, change management, and issue/risk management

* Lead discussions and contribute to the development of customer online experience & navigation flows

* Monitor current/new digital marketing functions/features trends and bring them into practice to further drive clients’ growth and build clients’ brand awareness

Requirements:

* University degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 3+ years of experience in digital/ eCommerce projects management, (mix of consultancy/ agency plus in-house exposures is highly preferable)

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing software

* Hands-on experience with responsive web development, UX/UI, CSS, IT programming, mobile applications, WeChat mini-program, CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems such as WordPress

* Good knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager, YouTube Ad, SEO, Baidu, Weibo, WeChat and analytics tools (Google Analytics)

* Knowledge of technical architecture, APIs, and overall system design

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin-speaking is mandatory)

* Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
