To ensure sustainability of leasing management applications and other related systems in meeting dynamic business changes. The role also provides support to end users and arranges skill transfer to users on systems usage in promoting operational efficiency and improving management information.
Work under HK Business Operation to coordinate users with IT / vendor for systems enhancements or implementation projects
Engage in continuous system improvement initiatives and align users to standardize and develop system workflow process for operation efficiency and strengthening control
Bridging between Group IT / Vendors and users in various tasks during system development life cycle including gathering user requirements, assisting users in the function tests, user acceptance tests and data conversion in preparing for system go-live
Gathering reporting requirements from users and liaise with IT / Vendor to implement Business Intelligence solutions to support management in business and KPI analysis
Lead, prioritize projects/enhancements/support and monitor progress on various projects deliverables
Lead, devise plan and conduct skill transfer of system knowledge to power users
Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
8-10 years’ experience in ERP system implementations in sizable company is a must
Experience in Oracle EBS, UFIDA and system integrations is highly preferred
Prior experience in Property Leasing industry would be value added
Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools like Cognos, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage
Quick learner with strong logical thinking and can do attitudes
Self-motivated, strong business acumen, excellent problem solving and organizing skills is required
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
