Financial Analyst

We are currently hiring Financial Analyst for a leading banking client in Hong Kong on 12-months and renewable contract role. This is a role within the Hong Kong Payment Operations team.

What you’ll need & What you’ll do:

• Support payment operation projects.
• Handle Payment/Check processing
• Prepare statistics data as required by stakeholders
• Rollout and implement payments solutions across all APAC branches; identify any branch specific additions and requirements.
• Act as a HK point of contact for payment operations.
• Execute and manage UAT, validating solutions and coordinating to resolve any issues.
• Manage defects and escalations for operations.
• Assist on management reporting and escalating issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Analyze and optimize payment operation process flows.
• Prepare operational readiness support to prepare for project implementation including training, updating of desktop procedures and tasks related to go live of the project.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience/graduates are welcome to apply
