* Managed products and led teams in the digital space – understands the markets they operate in, customer and business
* Customer/user centered design thinking – obsessed about customer experience!

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the ability to navigate conflicting priorities.
* Team player and energizer. At the same time hands-on mentality and ready to ‘get his/her hands dirty’

You will require the following qualifications and skills

* Education: A suitable candidate will an MBA or Bachelors in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
* Experience: The candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in product management or strategy functions. Preferably, this experience will be inclusive of at least 5 years’ experience in a scaled agile environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must for this position.
