Head of Business Analyst

You will:

– design, plan, develop, and execute the business, financial, and operational systems.

– collaborate with business analysts to analyze new and change requests for all systems and services of the organization.

– support the fundamental functions and business processes of the organization, which include (but not limited to) collecting and analyzing data for supporting the business, projects, and operations.

– work with other Business Analysts for planning, developing, designing, and implementing new applications and improving existing applications.

– champion documentations and knowledge retention, for new and change requirements of new and existing systems.

– help management make strategic decisions by providing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for operating systems.

– supervise a team of business analysts (5-10), provide them with structured mentoring, learning and development.

You are:

– minimum 10-15 years of experience as business analyst

– good understanding of IT systems and functions in general

– proven track record in delivering large scope development and migration projects

– experience in manufacturing, supply chain and retail industry is an advantage

– proficient in verbal and nonverbal communication (Cantonese and English; conversational level of Putonghua is required)

– experienced in senior stakeholder management (both technical and non-technical)

– analytical and problem-solver, can-do attitude
