Performance Testing Lead (10-month contract)

Job Description:

Our Client is the 1st tier financial group, is looking Performance Testing Lead to work with CIO/CTO team for end to end performance testing of multiple applications and technology.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate to developers for performance testing requirements and provide estimations

· Ascertain and understand application architecture involved in the tests

· Prepare and validate test scripts, execute tests and collect relevant performance and resource usage data

· Analyse test data from sources like PC, Splunk, Perfmon, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.

· Prepare detailed test report, propose any performance recommendation, and discuss the results with Clients and get sign off

Requirements:

· Hands-on and strong performance testing technical skills, i.e. HP Performance Center, Load Runner scripting, Micro Focus PC, Splunk, AppDynamics, Perfmon, Dynatrace, etc.

· Knowledge of programming in Python/Java

· Strong people management skills; leading a team of engineers (up to 10)

· Strong business communication skills; interacting with stakeholders & senior executives
