Product Manager

Newly estalished NFT-DeFi platform is looking for experienced Product Manager with deep understanding in DApp design and Technical Function Specification Writing:

Respondibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market and differentiate from competitors
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, project manager, QA and development team, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products
• Track and analyze key user metrics in order to form feedback loop to improve products and services
• Manage the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Balance user needs with business goals, questioning and validating assumptions, and ROI is calculated and delivered
• Determine product functions, processes, user experience, and back-end solutions, and write related requirements
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD) and coordinate with the tech team to ensure that the product features and interactions meet the requirements of the product document
• Track and push development and testing progress

Requirements:

• Degree or above holder in Business, Digital Product Design, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
• Over 3 years of relevant working experience in product management
• Passionate about the crypto / NFT / blockchain industry
• Knowledge in blockchain / cryptocurrencies / NFT industries are preferred
• Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Product management experience gained from blockchain / cryptocurrencies / NFT industries will be a plus
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and verbal communications
