THE JOB

– stakeholders management within the organisation

– quality delivery of digital projects for Japan market

– managing external vendors to deliver top quality products for the organisation

THE PERSON

– must be able to communicate at a professional level with Japanese and English

– experience across multiple digital & omnichannel areas (e.g. payment gateway, delivery proposition, UX, content management, user experience, content, merchandising, marketing analytics)

– strong eCommerce exposure, preferably in the retail/FMCG industry

– In-depth understanding of digital environments and end-to-end business processes from a technical point of view

– Understanding across multiple CMS, eCommerce platforms, analytics tools and PIM systems preferred
